Mekong River is a trans-boundary river in South East Asia. It is the world’s 12th and Asia’s 7th longest river. Its estimated length is 4,350 kilometres, from the Tibetan plateau through China’s Yunnan province, Burma, Laos, Thailand, Cambodia and Vietnam. At Flavours of Mekong, our chefs mirror the Mekong as it marries traditional Vietnamese and Southeast Asian cuisines with fresh Australian ingredients and culture to inspire modern culinary delicacies.
